Advanced Student Report for Teachers
The Advanced Report works in 3 simple steps:
- Select Student(s)
- Select Fields
- Generate Report
Step 1: Select Student(s)
- View list of students
Use:
- Select one or multiple students using checkboxes

Only selected students will appear in the report
Step 2: Select Fields
Field Categories
Users can choose what data to include in the report:
- Full Name
- Student ID
- Alternate ID
- Social Security Number
- Admission Number
- Custom Fields
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Ethnicity
- Language Details
- Full Address
- City / State / Zip
- Country
- Bus Information
Selected Fields Panel
- Appears on the right side
Shows:
- Allows quick review before generating report
Step 3: Generate Report
- Click Generate Report
- System displays report in tabular format
Report Output
The generated report includes:
- Selected columns only
- Data of selected students
- Clean tabular layout
Export Option
- Excel export available (top-right icon)
Helps in:
- Offline analysis
- Sharing reports
Important Notes
Limitations
- Cannot edit data from report
- Only selected fields will appear
- Empty fields will show as blank
Best Practices
- Select only required fields to keep report clean
- Use filters/search before selecting students
- Avoid including sensitive data unless necessary
- Export reports for deeper analysis
