Overview
Piloo is the openSIS AI assistant that helps users get quick answers about openSIS features, workflows, navigation, and troubleshooting. Users can access Piloo from the top-right Ask Piloo button or from the Help & Support page.
Ways to Access Piloo
Users can access Piloo from:

The Ask Piloo button at the top-right corner of openSIS.

The Chat with Piloo button inside the Help & Support page.

Log in to openSIS.

Click the Ask Piloo button at the top-right corner of the screen.

A Piloo chat modal opens on the page.

Type your question in the message box.

Click the send icon to submit your question.
Option 2: Open Piloo from Help & Support

Go to
Menu > Help & Support.

Click Chat with Piloo.
-
The full Piloo page opens.

Type your question in the message box.

Click the send icon to ask Piloo.
Using the Piloo Modal
When Piloo opens as a modal, users can:

Ask questions directly from the current page.

Maximize the modal to open the full Piloo page.

Close the modal when the chat is no longer needed.
View Chat History
On the full Piloo page, users can click View Chat History to review previous Piloo conversations. Chat history can be filtered by duration, such as:

Custom Date Range
