Collection by Fee Type Report (Teacher Portal)
Overview
The Collection by Fee Type Report provides a summary of student fee payments based on selected fee categories.
It helps teachers:
- Track payment status of students
- Identify unpaid or partially paid fees
- Monitor collections by fee category
How to Access
Go to:
Reports → Billing & Fees → Collection by Fee Type
Filters & Settings
Select Date
- Defines the reporting period
Options:
- This School Year
- Custom Date Range
Fee Type
- Select the fee category to view

Fee types are configured by the administrator and may vary by institution
Examples may include:
- Tuition Fee
- Transport Fee
- Activity Fee
(Examples only — depends on school setup)
Payment Status
Filter records based on payment status:
- All
- Paid
- Unpaid
- Partially Paid
Include Inactive Students
- Toggle to include inactive students
Search
- Generate report based on selected filters
Report View
Columns Explained
Name / Student ID / Grade Level
- Home Phone / Mobile / Email (if available)
Assigned Fee
- Total fee assigned under selected fee type
Balance
Payment Status
Indicates current payment state:
- Paid → Fully paid
- Unpaid → No payment made
- Partially Paid → Partial payment completed
Export Option

- Fee types are defined by the administrator
