Steps to Contact Support
- Log in to openSIS.
- Go to the left menu.
- Click Help & Support.
- On the right side of the page, find the Still Need Help? Contact Us panel.
- Use the available phone, WhatsApp, or email option to contact the openSIS support team.
Important Notes
- Use email support when the issue needs explanation, screenshots, or follow-up.
- Use WhatsApp or phone support for quick communication.
- For trackable issues, it is recommended to open a support ticket.
