Generate Attendance Report by Day

Overview

The Attendance Report by Day provides student-wise attendance totals for a selected marking period and grade level. It shows each student’s Present, Absent, and Half Day counts, with an option to view the detailed daily attendance history for an individual student.

Use this report when you want to review attendance performance by student, identify students with frequent absences, and check the absence rate for a selected period.

Unlike the Student Monthly Attendance Register, which shows a calendar-style monthly view for all students, this report summarizes attendance counts first and then allows you to drill down into one student’s detailed report.
