Generate Honor Roll Certificates
Overview
The Honor Roll report allows administrators to view students who qualify for the Honor Roll and generate certificates for selected students. This feature is useful for recognizing academic achievement and preparing printable certificates for awards, ceremonies, or school records.

Generate Honor Roll Certificates
Step 1: Open the Honor Roll Report
Navigate to Reports > Grades > Honor Roll.
The Honor Roll page displays students who meet the Honor Roll criteria.
Step 2: Choose Certificate Header Option
Use the Print Certificate Header option to include or exclude the certificate header in the generated certificate.
Step 3: Select Students
Use the student list to select eligible students.
You can:
- Search for a student using the Search box.
- Use Advanced Search to filter student records.
- Select one or more students using the checkboxes.
Step 4: Create Certificates
Click Create Certificate For Selected Students.
openSIS generates Honor Roll certificates for the selected students.
Expected Result
Honor Roll certificates are generated for the selected eligible students and can be printed or saved for recognition purposes.
