Overview
The Subscription Report provides a summary of student subscription details within the Billing & Fees module. It helps administrators review assigned subscriptions, subscription amounts, payment status, and related billing information.
Use this report when your institution manages recurring fees, subscription-based billing, or structured fee plans for students.
Unlike the Open and Overdue Balance Report, which focuses on outstanding and overdue balances, the Subscription Report focuses on subscription-related billing records.
Prerequisites
Before generating this report, ensure that:

Subscription plans or subscription-based billing records have been configured.

Students have been assigned to subscriptions, where applicable.

Billing records are available in the system.

You have permission to access the Reports module.
Generate the Subscription Report

Navigate to Reports > Billing & Fees.

Select Subscription Report.

Apply the required filters, if available.

Click Search or generate the report based on the available filter options.
The subscription report is displayed.
Understanding the Report
The report may display subscription-related details such as:

Student Name

Student ID
-
Grade Level
-
Subscription Name or Plan

Subscription Amount
-
Payment Status
-
Balance or Due Amount
-
Billing Date or Due Date
The available columns may vary depending on your institution’s billing configuration.
Export the Report
Click the Excel icon to export the subscription report for finance review or record keeping.
Tips

Use this report to monitor subscription-based billing assigned to students.

Export the report when reconciling recurring billing records.

Verify subscription setup if expected students do not appear in the report.
