Generate the Administrative Decision Behavior Report

Overview

The Administrative Decision Behavior Report displays behavior referrals based on the administrative actions taken to resolve incidents. Administrators can filter the report by marking period and administrative decision to review the corresponding referral records.

Go to Reports > Behavior > Administrative Decision.

The report page displays:

  • Marking Period selector
  • Administrative Decision filter
  • Referral details table

Generate the Report

  1. Select a Marking Period.
  2. Select an Administrative Decision from the drop-down list or leave All selected to include all decisions.
  3. The report automatically updates based on the selected filters.

Review the Report

The report displays the following information for each referral:

  • Referral ID
  • Referral Date
  • Time of Incident
  • Location
  • Student(s) Involved
  • Possible Motivation
  • Problem Behavior Major
  • Administrative Decision

Use the available options to search, print, export, or filter the report as needed.

View Referral Details

Click the Referral ID to open the complete behavior referral record and review all incident details associated with the selected referral.
