Generate the Application by Program Admissions Report
Overview
The Application by Program Admissions Report provides a list of admission applications submitted for each academic program. Administrators can filter applications by marking period, program, direct enrollment status, and application status to review applicant information.
Navigate to the Application by Program Admissions Report
Go to Reports > Admissions > Application by Program.
The report page displays:
- Marking Period filter
- Program filter
- Direct Enrollment filter
- Status filter
- Show Archived Applications toggle
- Applicant search
- Application details table
Generate the Report
- Select a Marking Period.
- (Optional) Select a Program.
- (Optional) Select a Direct Enrollment status.
- (Optional) Select an Application Status.
- Enable Show Archived Applications to include archived application records.
- Click Search.
- Review the filtered application records displayed in the table.
Review the Report
The report displays the following information for each application:
- Application Date
- Applicant's Name
- Application ID
- Mobile Phone
- Email Address
- Program
Use the available options to search, export, or filter the report as needed.
View Application Details
To review the complete application information:
- Click the Application ID for the desired applicant.
- The system opens the Applicant Information page.
From this page, you can review the applicant's complete admission record, including:
- Applicant profile and identification information
- Personal details
- Program information
- Assigned form
- Application payment status
- Enrollment and application processing details
