Overview

The Problem Behavior Major Report provides an overview of major behavior incidents recorded during the selected marking period. The report helps administrators identify the most frequently reported major behavior issues through interactive charts and a supporting data table.

Navigate to the Problem Behavior Major Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Problem Behavior Major.

The report page displays:

• Marking Period selector
• Problem Behavior Major filter
• Referral chart
• Referral data table

Generate the Report

1. Select a Marking Period.
2. Select a Problem Behavior Major from the drop-down list or leave All selected to include all major behavior categories.
3. The report automatically updates based on the selected filters.

Analyze the Report

The report allows you to visualize referral data using different chart types.

Select Chart Type

Choose one of the following:

• Bar – Displays referral counts for each major behavior category as a bar chart.
• Line – Displays referral trends using a line chart.
• Pie – Displays the percentage distribution of referrals by major behavior category.

The chart updates immediately when you change the chart type.

Review the Referral Data

Below the chart, the Student Referral Table Data Report by Problem Behavior Major displays the referral details.

The table includes:

• Problem Behavior Major
• Number of Referrals

Use the table to review the exact referral count for each major behavior category displayed in the chart.
