Overview

The Problem Behavior Minor Report provides an overview of minor behavior incidents recorded during the selected marking period. The report helps administrators identify frequently reported minor behavior issues through interactive charts and a supporting data table. Users can also drill down to view the individual referrals associated with each minor behavior category.

Navigate to the Problem Behavior Minor Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Problem Behavior Minor.

The report page displays:

• Marking Period selector
• Problem Behavior Minor filter
• Referral chart
• Referral data table

Generate the Report

1. Select a Marking Period.
2. Select a Problem Behavior Minor from the drop-down list or leave All selected to include all minor behavior categories.
3. The report automatically updates based on the selected filters.

Analyze the Report

The report allows you to visualize referral data using different chart types.

Select Chart Type

Choose one of the following:

• Bar – Displays referral counts for each minor behavior category as a bar chart.
• Line – Displays referral trends using a line chart.
• Pie – Displays the percentage distribution of referrals by minor behavior category.

The chart updates immediately when you change the chart type.

Review the Referral Data

Below the chart, the Student Referral Table Data Report by Problem Behavior Minor displays the referral details.

The table includes:

• Problem Behavior Minor
• Number of Referrals

Click a Problem Behavior Minor category from the chart or table to view the detailed referral records.

View Referral Details

The detailed referral page displays all referrals associated with the selected minor behavior category.

You can filter the records using the Status drop-down list.

The referral details include:

• Referral ID
• Date of Incident
• Time of Incident
• Problem Behavior Minor
• Assigned To
• Status

Click the Referral ID to open the complete referral record and review all incident details.
