Overview

The Referral by Location Behavior Report helps administrators analyze where student behavior referrals are occurring within the school. The report displays referral counts by location through a visual chart and a supporting data table, making it easier to identify areas that may require additional supervision or intervention.

Navigate to the Referral by Location Behavior Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Referral by Location.

The report page displays:

• Marking Period selector
• Referral chart by location
• Referral data table

Generate the Report

1. Select a Marking Period from the drop-down list.
2. The report automatically updates to display referral data for the selected marking period.

Analyze the Report

The report displays a chart showing the total number of referrals recorded for each location where behavior incidents occurred.

Use the chart to identify locations with higher referral activity and compare referral counts across different areas of the school.

Review the Referral Data

Below the chart, the Student Referral Table Data Report by Location displays the referral details.

The table includes:

• Location
• Number of Referrals

Use this information to review the exact referral count for each recorded location.
