Overview

The Referral by Reporting Staff Behavior Report provides a summary of behavior referrals submitted by staff members during the selected marking period. Administrators can filter the report by staff information and drill down to review the individual referrals reported by a specific staff member.

Navigate to the Referral by Reporting Staff Behavior Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Referral by Reporting Staff.

The report page displays:

• Marking Period selector
• Profile filter
• Job Title filter
• Gender filter
• Staff search
• Include Inactive toggle
• Staff referral summary table

Generate the Report

1. Select a Marking Period.
2. (Optional) Filter the report using one or more of the following:
   • Profile
   • Job Title
   • Gender
3. (Optional) Search for a specific staff member using the Search field.
4. Enable Include Inactive to include inactive staff members in the report.
5. Review the filtered results displayed in the staff referral table.

Review the Referral Summary

The report displays the following information for each staff member:

• Staff Name
• Staff ID
• School Email
• Mobile Phone
• Profile
• Job Title
• Total Referral Count
• Open Referrals
• Closed Referrals

Use the available options to print or export the report if required.

View Referral Details

To review the referrals submitted by a staff member:

1. Click the Total Referral Count for the desired staff member.
2. The system opens the List of Referrals Reported page for that staff member.

The referral details include:

• Referral ID
• Referral Date
• Time of Incident
• Location
• Student(s) Involved
• Witnesses
• Possible Motivation
• Status

Click the Referral ID to open the complete referral record and review all incident details.
