Generate the Referral by Student Behavior Report

Overview

The Referral by Student Behavior Report provides a summary of behavior referrals for each student during the selected marking period. Administrators can filter the report using student demographics and drill down into individual referral records for a selected student.

Navigate to the Referral by Student Behavior Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Referral by Student.

The report page displays:

Marking Period selector
Grade Level filter
Gender filter
Program filter
Student search
Include Inactive toggle
Student referral summary table

Generate the Report

Select a Marking Period.
(Optional) Filter the report using one or more of the following:
- Grade Level
- Gender
- Program
(Optional) Search for a specific student using the Search field.
Enable Include Inactive to display inactive students in the report.
Review the filtered results displayed in the student referral table.

Review the Referral Summary

The report displays the following information for each student:

Student Name
Student ID
Grade Level
Program
Total Referral Count
School Email
Open Referrals
Closed Referrals

Use the available options to print or export the report if required.

View Referral Details

To review the individual referrals for a student:

Click the Total Referral Count for the desired student.
The system opens the List of Referrals page for that student.

The referral details include:

Referral ID
Date of Incident
Possible Motivation
Problem Behavior Major
Problem Behavior Minor
Student(s) Involved
Administrative Decision
Status
