Generate the Referral by Witness Behavior Report

Overview

The Referral by Witness Behavior Report provides a summary of behavior referrals based on the individuals recorded as witnesses during incidents. Administrators can filter the report by witness information and drill down to review the individual referrals associated with a specific witness.

Navigate to the Referral by Witness Behavior Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Referral by Witness

The report page displays:

Marking Period selector
Profile filter
Gender filter
Witness search
Include Inactive toggle
Witness referral summary table

Generate the Report

Select a Marking Period.
(Optional) Filter the report using one or more of the following:
- Profile
- Gender
(Optional) Search for a specific witness using the Search field.
Enable Include Inactive to include inactive staff or students in the report.
Review the filtered results displayed in the witness referral table.

Review the Referral Summary

The report displays the following information for each witness:

Witness Name
Staff/Student ID
School Email
Mobile Phone
Profile
Job Title
Total Referral Count
Open Referrals
Closed Referrals

Use the available options to print or export the report if required.

View Referral Details

To review the referrals associated with a witness:

Click the Total Referral Count for the desired witness.
The system opens the List of Referrals Witnessed page.

The referral details include:

Referral ID
Referral Date
Time of Incident
Location
Student(s) Involved
Witnesses
Possible Motivation
Status
