Overview

The Top 10 Repeat Offenders All Time Report identifies students with the highest number of behavior referrals for the selected school year. Administrators can filter the report by student demographics and drill down into the referral history for each student to identify recurring behavior patterns.

Navigate to the Top 10 Repeat Offenders All Time Report

Go to Reports > Behavior > Top 10 Repeat Offenders All Time.

The report page displays:

• School Year selector
• Grade Level filter
• Gender filter
• Student search
• Ranked student referral table

Generate the Report

1. Select a School Year.
2. (Optional) Filter the report using one or more of the following:
   • Grade Level
   • Gender
3. (Optional) Search for a specific student using the Search field.
4. Review the ranked list of students displayed in the report.

Review the Report

The report displays the following information for each student:

• Student Name
• Student ID
• School Email
• Total Referral Count
• Open Referrals
• Closed Referrals
• Rank

Use the available options to print, export, or filter the report as needed.

View Referral Details

To review a student's referral history:

1. Click the Total Referral Count for the desired student.
2. The system opens the List of Referrals page for that student.

The referral details include:

• Referral ID
• Date of Incident
• Possible Motivation
• Problem Behavior Major
• Problem Behavior Minor
• Student(s) Involved
• Administrative Decision
• Status

Click the Referral ID to open the complete behavior referral record and review all incident details.
