Graduation Progress Report (Teacher Portal)

Overview

The Graduation Progress Report allows teachers to track a student’s progress toward completing their assigned academic program.

It provides insights into:

  • Required credits
  • Completed credits
  • Remaining (outstanding) credits
  • Overall completion percentage

How to Access

Go to:
Reports → Grades → Graduation Progress Reports


Report Overview (List View)

The main screen displays a list of students with:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID
  • Grade
  • Program
  • Credit Required
  • Credit Completed
  • Credit Outstanding
  • % Completed

Column Explanation

Program

  • Shows the academic program assigned to the student
  • Example: BBA, MBA, Diploma

Credit Required

  • Total credits needed to complete the program

Credit Completed

  • Credits successfully completed by the student

Credit Outstanding

  • Remaining credits required

Notes
Can be negative if student exceeds required credits


% Completed

  • Percentage of program completion

Notes
Helps quickly understand student progress

Program Progress Breakdown

This view shows:


Category-wise Progress

  • Core
  • Electives

Each category displays:

  • Required credits
  • Completed credits
  • Enrolled credits
  • Outstanding credits
  • Percentage completed

Total Progress

  • Overall completion percentage displayed visually

Course-Level Breakdown

  • Shows:
    • Course category
    • Credit distribution
    • Progress within each category

Program Selection

  • Dropdown available to switch between programs (if multiple assigned)

  • Printable format available for reporting and sharing

Export Option

  • Export data for offline use

Important Notes

  • Data depends on:
    • Program configuration
    • Course credit mapping
    • Completed grades
  • If no grades/credits are recorded → progress will show 0%

Limitations

  • Cannot modify credits from this report
  • Only reflects system-calculated progress
  • Requires proper program setup
