Configured gender values appear in:

  • Staff profiles

  • Admission forms

  • Reports and exports

  • Dashboard analytics (e.g., Students by Gender dashlet)

Alert
Changes apply system-wide for the selected school.

Important Notes

  • Deleting a gender value may affect existing records using that value.

  • Editing a gender title updates how it appears across the system.

  • Gender values are school-specific, not global across tenants.

Best Practice Recommendations

  • Keep gender options inclusive and aligned with institutional policies.

  • Avoid deleting gender values already in use.

  • Review values before the start of a new academic year.
