How to Track Your Child's Grades in the Parent Portal

Overview

The Gradebook Grades module in the Parent Portal allows parents to track their child's academic performance in individual assignments. Parents can view grades for each subject, see the percentage of scores achieved, and monitor the progress of each assignment. This section is view-only, and parents cannot make any changes.


Accessing Gradebook Grades

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Grades
  3. Navigate to Gradebook Grades to view:
    • Course Name
    • Teacher’s Name
    • Assignment Details (assignment name, score, letter grade)
    • Progress on Assignments (including ungraded assignments)

Gradebook Grades Overview

In the Gradebook Grades section, parents can view the following for each subject:

  • Course Name: The name of the course.
  • Teacher: The teacher for the specific course.
  • Assignment Name: The name of individual assignments or tests.
  • Points Scored: The score obtained out of the total points possible.
  • Percent: The percentage score achieved on each assignment.
  • Letter: The letter grade assigned for the assignment (if available).
  • Ungrading: Marks assignments that are yet to be graded.
  • Grade Range: The expected grade range for the assignment.

  • View-only access for parents
