How to Track Your Graduation Progress in the Student Portal

Overview

The Graduation Progress module in the Student Portal allows students to monitor their progress toward meeting graduation requirements. Students can track their earned credits, enrolled credits, outstanding credits, and the overall percentage of their graduation progress.

Accessing Graduation Progress

  1. Log in to the Student Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Graduation Progress
  3. Students can view the following:
    • Required and completed credit hours
    • Enrolled credit hours and outstanding credits
    • Percentage of progress made toward graduation

Graduation Progress Overview

The Graduation Progress section includes the following details:

  • Course Category: These categories are set by school admins (e.g., Core, Elective).
  • Course Name: Lists the specific courses a student is enrolled in.
  • Required Credit Hours: Total credits needed for the course category.
  • Completed Credit Hours: Number of credits the student has successfully completed.
  • Enrolled Credit Hours: Credits the student is currently enrolled in.
  • Outstanding Credit Hours: Remaining credits needed to fulfill graduation requirements.
  • Percentage Completed: The percentage of completion for each course category.

NotesNote: Students cannot modify the schedule or drop courses from this section.
