How to View and Download Certificates in the Student Portal
Overview
The Certificates section allows students to view and download:
- Diploma Certificate (based on program completion)
- Course Certificates (for individual courses)
All certificates are system-generated based on academic performance and completion criteria set by the school.
Accessing Certificates
- Log in to the Student Portal
- From the left menu, click Grades
- Select Certificates
🎓 Diploma Certificate
What is it?
The Diploma Certificate represents completion of a program (e.g., Bachelor of Science).
What You See
- Program Name
- Graduation Progress (%)
- Print Diploma button
How it Works
- The diploma becomes meaningful when the student meets the program completion requirements
- The Graduation Progress % shows how close you are to completion
- Once eligible, you can print/download the diploma
Download Diploma
- Click Print Diploma
- The certificate will open in a printable format
📜 Course Certificates
What are they?
Course certificates are issued for individual courses completed.
What You Can See
Each row includes:
- School Year
- Marking Period
- Course Name & Code
- Letter Grade & Percentage
- Pass/Fail Status
- Issue Date
- Print Certificate option
Preview & Download
- Click the Print icon next to a course
- A certificate preview popup will open
- Click Download Certificate to save it
Key Notes
- Certificates are automatically generated
- Students have view-only access
- Certificate design and eligibility are controlled by the school
- Not all courses may have certificates (depends on configuration)
Conclusion
The Certificates section provides both program-level and course-level achievements in a formal format. Students can easily preview, download, and share their certificates when needed.
