How to View Behavior & Discipline Records in the Student Portal

Overview

The Behavior & Discipline section allows students to view records related to behavioral incidents or referrals logged by the school.

This section provides visibility into reported incidents and their current status. It is a view-only feature.

Accessing Behavior & Discipline

  1. Log in to the Student Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Behavior & Discipline

Viewing Behavior Records

The screen displays a list of behavior referrals associated with the student.

What You Can See

Each record includes:

  • Date of Incident → When the incident was recorded
  • Referral ID → Unique identifier for the record
  • Possible Motivation → Context or reason (if provided)
  • Problem Behavior (Major/Minor) → Type of behavior recorded
  • Administrative Decision → Action taken by the school (if applicable)
  • Status:
    • Open → Under review or in progress
    • Closed → Reviewed and completed

Understanding the Information

  • Records are created and managed by school staff
  • Not all fields may be filled for every entry
  • Updates may occur as the school reviews the incident

  • Students cannot edit or respond to records from this screen
