How to View Student Information in the Parent Portal

Overview

The Student Info section in the Parent Portal allows parents to view detailed information about their child, including personal details, enrollment information, contact details, and other records maintained by the school.

Some fields may be editable, depending on permissions set by the school administrator.

Accessing Student Information

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Student Info or My Info (based on configuration)
  3. Select from the available sections:
    • General Info
    • School & Enrollment Info
    • Address & Contact
    • Family Info
    • Medical Info
    • Student Qualification
    • Sports
    • Housing
    • Documents

1. General Information

This section displays basic identification and demographic details of the student.

Parents can view:

  • Student name and ID
  • Admission number and roll number
  • Date of birth and gender
  • Nationality, language, and other demographic details
  • Login and access information

2. School & Enrollment Info

Displays details related to the student’s enrollment.

Parents can view:

  • Enrollment status
  • Grade level
  • School-related records

3. Address & Contact

Contains contact and location details.

Parents can view:

  • Residential address
  • Phone number and contact details

4. Family Info

Displays family-related information.

Parents can view:

  • Parent/guardian details
  • Relationship information

5. Medical Info

Shows health-related records.

Parents can view:

  • Medical conditions
  • Health-related notes (if provided by the school)

6. Student Qualification

Displays academic background or qualifications (if applicable).


7. Sports

Shows participation in sports or extracurricular activities.


8. Housing

Displays housing or accommodation details (if applicable).


9. Documents

Provides access to uploaded documents.

Parents can view:

Editing Information (If allowed)

If enabled, parents may see an “Edit Information” button.
