How to View Subscriptions in the Student Portal

Overview

The My Subscriptions section allows students to view subscription-based services assigned to them by the school.

These subscriptions may include recurring charges such as daily or yearly plans.


Accessing My Subscriptions

  1. Log in to the Student Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Billing and Fees
  3. Select My Subscriptions

Viewing Subscription Details

The screen displays a list of subscription items assigned to the student.


What You Can See

Each subscription includes:

  • Subscription Item → Name of the subscription
  • Amount → Cost per billing cycle
  • Max Billing Cycle → Maximum number of billing occurrences
  • Frequency → Billing interval (e.g., Daily, Yearly)
  • Assigned On → Date assigned
  • Status:
    • Not Subscribed Yet
    • Active (if applicable)
  • Plan Start Date
  • Plan End Date

Available Actions

1. Start Subscription

  • Available when the subscription has not yet started
  • Begins the subscription plan

2. More Options (⋮ Menu)

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Action column to access additional options.

Depending on the subscription status, you may see:

  • Invoice Details → View related billing information
  • Cancel → Cancel an active subscription (if allowed)
  • Resubscribe → Restart a previously canceled subscription (if available)

Note: Available options may vary based on the subscription status and school configuration.


Understanding Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are assigned and managed by the school
  • Charges are applied automatically based on frequency
  • Some subscriptions require manual activation

Key Notes

  • Students cannot modify subscription configurations
  • Actions depend on subscription status
  • Subscription charges may appear in Fees and Charges
