How to View Your Child’s Behavior & Discipline Records in the Parent Portal

Overview

The Behavior & Discipline section allows parents to view records of behavioral incidents or referrals related to their child.

This section provides transparency into reported incidents and any administrative actions taken by the school.

Accessing Behavior & Discipline

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Behavior & Discipline

Viewing Behavior Records

The screen displays a list of behavior records associated with the student.

What You Can See

Each record includes:

  • Date of Incident
  • Referral ID
  • Possible Motivation (if provided)
  • Problem Behavior (Major/Minor)
  • Administrative Decision (e.g., action taken by school)
  • Status:
    • Open → Under review
    • Closed → Resolved

Understanding the Information

  • Records are maintained by school staff
  • Some entries may have limited details depending on the case
  • Status updates reflect the progress of review or resolution
