How to View Your Child’s Certificates in the Parent Portal
Overview
The Certificates section in the Parent Portal allows you to view your child’s:
- Diploma Certificate (Program Completion)
- Course Certificates (Subject-level achievements)
These certificates are generated based on academic performance and school-defined criteria.
Accessing Certificates
- Log in to the Parent Portal
- From the left menu, click Grades
- Select Certificates
🎓 Diploma Certificate
What You See
- Program Name
- Graduation Progress
- Print Diploma option
Understanding Diploma
- Shows progress toward completing a program
- Once completed, the diploma can be printed/downloaded
Download Diploma
- Click Print Diploma to view or download the certificate
📜 Course Certificates
What You Can View
Each certificate includes:
- Course Details
- Grades & Percentage
- Pass/Fail Status
- Issue Date
Preview & Download
- Click the Print icon next to a course
- View the certificate in a popup
- Click Download Certificate to save it
