How to View Your Child’s Report Card in Parent Portal

In the Parent Portal, you can view the report card of your child, which provides a summary of their academic progress during the current school year, or any custom marking period defined by the school.

Steps to Access Your Child’s Report Card:

  1. Go to the Grades Section: On the parent dashboard, navigate to the Grades section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Report Cards: Click on the Report Cards option from the grades menu.
  3. Choose the Marking Period: You will see a variety of marking periods available, including Full Year, Semester, Progress Periods, and Custom. Choose the appropriate period to view the report card.
  4. Attendance Settings:
    • If the Exclude Attendance option is checked, attendance details will be excluded from the report card.
    • If the Exclude Attendance option is unchecked, the report card will show the attendance percentage and absences.
  5. Click on Show Report Card: Once you have selected the desired period and configured the attendance settings, click Show Report Card to access the detailed report.

What You Can See on the Report Card:

  • Courses: A list of all subjects your child has been enrolled in during the selected marking period.
  • Grades: The grades your child has achieved for each course.
  • Teacher Comments: Any additional remarks provided by the teachers to give you insights into your child’s progress.
  • GPA: If available, you will see your child's cumulative GPA for the term.
  • Attendance Data: If you choose to display attendance, you will see attendance information like percentage and absences for the period.

Download/Print the Report Card:

To download or print the report card for future reference or sharing, click on the Report Card button located in the top-right corner.
