How to View Your Child’s Subscriptions in the Parent Portal
Overview
The My Subscriptions section allows parents to view subscription-based services assigned to their child.
These subscriptions may include recurring charges billed on a defined frequency.
Accessing My Subscriptions
- Log in to the Parent Portal
- From the left menu, click Billing and Fees
- Select My Subscriptions
Viewing Subscription Details
The screen displays all subscription items assigned to the student.
What You Can See
Each subscription includes:
- Subscription Item
- Amount
- Max Billing Cycle
- Frequency
- Assigned On
Status:
- Not Subscribed Yet
- Active (if applicable)
- Plan Start Date
- Plan End Date
Available Actions
1. Start Subscription
- Available if the subscription has not yet started
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Action column.
Available options may include:
- Invoice Details → View billing information
- Cancel → Cancel an active subscription (if permitted)
- Resubscribe → Restart a subscription

Note: Options depend on the subscription status and school configuration.
Understanding Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are assigned by the school
- Charges are applied automatically based on frequency
- Some subscriptions require activation

- Parents cannot modify subscription setup
- Actions are limited and status-based
