How to View Your Child’s Subscriptions in the Parent Portal

Overview

The My Subscriptions section allows parents to view subscription-based services assigned to their child.

These subscriptions may include recurring charges billed on a defined frequency.


Accessing My Subscriptions

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Billing and Fees
  3. Select My Subscriptions

Viewing Subscription Details

The screen displays all subscription items assigned to the student.


What You Can See

Each subscription includes:

  • Subscription Item
  • Amount
  • Max Billing Cycle
  • Frequency
  • Assigned On
  • Status:
    • Not Subscribed Yet
    • Active (if applicable)
  • Plan Start Date
  • Plan End Date

Available Actions

1. Start Subscription

  • Available if the subscription has not yet started

2. More Options (⋮ Menu)

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Action column.

Available options may include:

  • Invoice Details → View billing information
  • Cancel → Cancel an active subscription (if permitted)
  • Resubscribe → Restart a subscription

Note: Options depend on the subscription status and school configuration.


Understanding Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are assigned by the school
  • Charges are applied automatically based on frequency
  • Some subscriptions require activation

  • Parents cannot modify subscription setup
  • Actions are limited and status-based
  • Subscription charges may appear in Fees and Charges
