How to View Your Child’s Transcript in the Parent Portal

Overview

The Transcript section in the Parent Portal allows parents to view their child’s complete academic record. This includes courses, grades, credits, and cumulative GPA across selected grade levels.

The transcript is generated using a predefined format set by the school administrator.

Accessing the Transcript

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Grades
  3. Select Transcript

Transcript Settings

Before viewing the transcript, the following options are available:

1. Transcript Template

  • Shows the transcript format selected by the school (e.g., Default)
  • Parents cannot modify or create templates

2. Include on Transcript

  • Other School's Transcript option:
    • Enable to include previous school records (if available)
    • Disable to view only current school data

3. Grade Levels

  • Select the grade levels to include in the transcript
  • Helps in focusing on specific academic years

Viewing the Transcript

  1. Select the desired options
  2. Click Show Transcript

  • Credits Attempted & Earned
  • Cumulative GPA

Download / Print Transcript

  • Click the Transcript button to download or print the record
