How to View Your Course Schedule in the Student Portal
Overview
The Course Schedule module in the Student Portal allows students to view the list of courses they are enrolled in, along with class schedules, course sections, and important dates.
This section is view-only, meaning students can track their schedule but cannot make any changes.
Accessing the Course Schedule
- Log in to the Student Portal
- From the left menu, click Course Schedule
You will see:
- The list of courses you are enrolled in
- Course sections, teachers, and marking periods
- Enrollment and drop dates for each course
Course Schedule Overview
The Course Schedule provides the following details:
- Course Name: The name of each course the student is enrolled in
- Course Section: The section or version of the course
- Teachers: The teacher(s) assigned to each course
- Marking Period: The specific grading period for the course (e.g., Quarter 1, Semester 1)
- Enrolled Date: The date the student was enrolled in the course
- End/Drop Date: The final date to participate or drop the course
- Canvas Scheduling Status: The scheduling status as recorded in the Canvas system (if applicable)
Note: Students cannot modify the schedule or drop courses from this section.

- Students can check their courses, start/end dates, and teachers
- No option to drop or modify courses
