How to View Your Information in the Student Portal

Overview

The My Info section in the Student Portal allows students to view their personal, academic, and contact information stored in the system.

Some details may be editable based on permissions set by the school.

NotesNote: This feature is available only if enabled by your school administrator.

Accessing My Information

  1. Log in to the Student Portal
  2. From the left menu, click My Info
  3. Navigate through the available sections:
    • General Info
    • School & Enrollment Info
    • Address & Contact
    • Family Info
    • Medical Info
    • Student Qualification
    • Sports
    • Housing
    • Documents

1. General Information

Displays personal and identification details.

Students can view:

  • Name and student ID
  • Admission number and roll number
  • Date of birth and gender
  • Nationality and language
  • Login and access details

2. School & Enrollment Info

Displays enrollment-related information.

Students can view:

  • Grade level
  • Enrollment status

3. Address & Contact

Shows contact details.

Students can view:

  • Address
  • Contact information

4. Family Info

Displays family or guardian details.

5. Medical Info

Shows health-related information (if available).

6. Student Qualification

Displays academic qualifications or background.

7. Sports

Shows participation in sports or activities.

8. Housing

Displays accommodation details (if applicable).

9. Documents

Provides access to uploaded documents.

Editing Information (If Allowed)

If enabled, students may see an “Edit Information” option.

Students can:

  • Update certain personal details
  • Submit updates for school records
