How to View Your Transcript in the Student Portal

Overview

The Transcript section in the Student Portal allows students to view their complete academic record. This includes courses taken, grades earned, credits completed, and cumulative GPA across selected grade levels.

The transcript is generated based on school-defined templates and settings configured by the administrator.


Accessing the Transcript

  1. Log in to the Student Portal
  2. From the left menu, click Grades
  3. Select Transcript

Transcript Settings

Before viewing the transcript, you will see a few configurable options:

1. Transcript Template

  • Displays the available transcript format (e.g., Default)
  • This is pre-configured by the school administrator
  • Students cannot create or modify templates

2. Include on Transcript

  • Other School's Transcript toggle:
    • If enabled, transcripts from previous schools (if available) will be included
    • If disabled, only records from the current school are shown

3. Grade Levels

  • Select the grade levels to include in the transcript (e.g., Grade 1, Grade 2, etc.)
  • This allows you to filter your academic history for specific years

Viewing the Transcript

  1. Select the required options (template, grade levels, etc.)
  2. Click Show Transcript

What You Can See in the Transcript

  • Student Information (Name, ID, etc.)
  • School Information
  • Courses Taken per grade/semester
  • Credit Hours & Credits Earned
  • Grades & Grade Points
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Total Credits Attempted and Earned

Download / Print Transcript

  • Click on the Transcript button (top-right)
  • You can download or print the transcript for official or personal use

  • Transcript format is controlled by the school
  • Students have view-only access
  • Data reflects final academic records
  • Grade-level filtering helps in viewing specific academic periods
