Overview
The Behavior & Discipline (Referrals) module allows teachers to record, track, and manage student behavior incidents.
Teachers can:

Create new referrals
-
View referrals related to them
-
Edit and update referrals
-
Add comments and track actions
-
Close referrals after resolution
How to Access
Go to:
Behavior & Discipline → Referrals
Referral List View
This screen shows all referrals associated with the logged-in teacher.
A teacher will see referrals where:

They are the reporting staff, OR
-
They are assigned to the referral
Columns Explained
-
Date of Incident → When incident occurred
-
Referral ID → Unique identifier
-
Possible Motivation → Reason behind behavior
-
Problem Behavior (Major/Minor) → Categorized behavior
-
Student(s) Involved → Affected students
-
Reporting Staff → Who created the referral
-
Assigned To → Staff responsible for handling
