Overview
The Manage Student Subscriptions page allows administrators to assign one or more subscription plans to students. Multiple subscription items can be assigned at the same time, billing cycles can be configured, discounts can be applied, and students can later activate or manage their assigned subscriptions from the Student Portal.

Assign Subscriptions to Students
Step 1: Select Students
- Navigate to Billing and Fees > Assign Subscriptions.
- Select one or more students from the list.
- Click Assign Subscriptions.
The selected students appear at the top of the page.
Step 2: Select Subscription Items
For each subscription you want to assign:
The amount and billing frequency are automatically displayed based on the selected subscription plan.
Step 3: Assign Multiple Subscription Plans (Optional)
If a student should receive more than one subscription:
- Click Add another Subscription Item.
- Select another subscription.
- Configure its billing cycle.
- Repeat as required.
The Total Amount updates automatically as subscription items are added.
Step 4: Apply a Discount (Optional)
You can apply a discount to individual subscription items.
- Click the Discount icon beside the subscription.
Choose whether the discount should be calculated as:
- Percentage (%)
- Fixed Amount ($)
- Enter the discount value.
- Click Set.
After applying the discount:
- The original price is shown with a strike-through.
- The discounted amount is displayed.
- The Total Amount is recalculated.
Note: Once a discount has been applied, it cannot be edited. The discount must be removed and added again if changes are required.
Step 5: Remove a Subscription Item (Optional)
To remove a subscription before saving:
- Click the Remove (-) icon beside the subscription item.
The Total Amount updates automatically.
Step 6: Complete the Assignment
After reviewing all subscription items:
- Verify the Total Amount.
- Click Assign Subscriptions.
The selected subscription plans are assigned to all selected students.
Student Portal
After subscriptions are assigned, students can view them from:

Billing and Fees > My Subscriptions
The My Subscriptions page displays:
- Subscription Item
- Subscription Amount
- Billing Frequency
- Maximum Billing Cycle
- Assigned Date
- Subscription Status
- Plan Start Date
- Plan End Date
Depending on the subscription status, students can:
- Start a subscription
- View invoice details
- Review active subscriptions
- View cancelled subscriptions
Tips
- Multiple students can receive the same subscription in a single assignment.
- Multiple subscription plans can be assigned during one operation.
- Discounts are applied individually to each subscription item.
- The total amount reflects all assigned subscriptions after discounts are applied.
