Overview
The Open a Support Ticket option allows users to submit issues, questions, or service requests to the openSIS support team. This is useful when the request needs to be tracked, reviewed, and responded to formally.

Menu > Help & Support > Open a Support Ticket
Steps to Open a Support Ticket
- Log in to openSIS.
- Go to the left menu.
- Click Help & Support.
- Locate the Open a Support Ticket card.
- Click Open Ticket.
- The support ticket page opens externally.
- Enter the required details and submit the ticket.
When to Open a Ticket
Open a support ticket when:
- You are facing an issue inside openSIS.
- A feature or workflow is not working as expected.
- You need help with setup or configuration.
- You want to report a bug.
- You need a request to be tracked by the support team.
Important Notes
- The Open Ticket link opens externally.
- Add clear details while submitting the ticket.
- Include screenshots where possible.
- Mention the module, user role, and steps followed before the issue occurred.
