This helps teachers manage communication and student engagement more efficiently.

How to Access

1. Go to Students → Student List
2. Select one or more students using the checkboxes
3. Click on the action menu (three dots or options menu)

Selecting Students

Teachers can:

• Select individual students using checkboxes
• Select multiple students at once
• Apply filters first and then select students

This makes it easy to target specific groups of students.

Available Bulk Actions

1. Send Message

Teachers can send a message to selected students.

• Opens the compose message screen
• Message is sent to all selected recipients
• Useful for announcements or instructions

2. Add Activities

Teachers can assign or log activities for selected students.

• Helps track participation or tasks
• Can be used for academic or non-academic activities

When to Use Bulk Actions
