Print Schedules (Teacher Portal)

Overview

The Print Schedules report allows teachers to generate and print student schedules for a selected marking period.

Notes
Teachers can choose from multiple schedule formats (templates) based on how they want the schedule to be displayed.


How to Access

Go to:
Reports → Scheduling → Print Schedules


Key Options

Marking Period

  • Select the required marking period
  • Example: Spring Progress

Notes
Only schedules for the selected marking period will be generated


Template Selection

There are 3 available templates:

  1. Term Schedule Report
  2. Calendar Schedule Report
  3. Block Schedule Report

Notes
Each template presents schedule data in a different format


Select Students

  • Choose one or multiple students
  • Use:
    • Search
    • Advanced Search

Notes
Report will generate only for selected students

1. Term Schedule Report

Structure

3. Block Schedule Report

  • Displays schedules in block format
  • Groups periods into blocks

Best For

  • Schools using block scheduling systems
  • Simplified schedule visualization

Report Output

  • Displays:
    • Student details (Name, ID, Grade, etc.)
    • Schedule based on selected template
  • Printable format
  • Clean layout for sharing

Usage

  1. Select marking period
  2. Choose template
  3. Select students
  4. Generate / Print report

Important Notes

  • Available data depends on:
    • Student schedule records
    • Marking period selection
  • Empty slots may appear if no class is scheduled
  • Templates only change presentation, not data

Limitations

  • Cannot edit schedule from report
  • Only existing scheduled data is shown
  • No customization of template layout
