Print Schedules (Teacher Portal)
Overview
The Print Schedules report allows teachers to generate and print student schedules for a selected marking period.

Teachers can choose from multiple schedule formats (templates) based on how they want the schedule to be displayed.
How to Access
Go to:
Reports → Scheduling → Print Schedules
Key Options
Marking Period
- Select the required marking period
- Example: Spring Progress

Only schedules for the selected marking period will be generated
Template Selection
There are 3 available templates:
- Term Schedule Report
- Calendar Schedule Report
- Block Schedule Report

Each template presents schedule data in a different format
Select Students
- Choose one or multiple students
Use:

Report will generate only for selected students

1. Term Schedule Report
Structure

3. Block Schedule Report

Report Output
Displays:
- Student details (Name, ID, Grade, etc.)
- Schedule based on selected template

Usage
- Select marking period
- Choose template
- Select students
- Generate / Print report
Important Notes
Limitations
- Cannot edit schedule from report
- Only existing scheduled data is shown
- No customization of template layout
