Print Student Information Reports

Overview

The Print Student Info report allows administrators to generate detailed student information reports for one or more selected students. Unlike the Advanced Student Report, which focuses on selected data fields, this report produces a comprehensive student profile that can be printed or shared for administrative, academic, or record-keeping purposes.

Administrators can select the students to include and choose which sections of student information should appear in the report.

Go to Reports > Student > Print Student Info.

Step 1: Select Students

  1. Navigate to Reports > Student > Print Student Info.
  2. Search for students using the Search box or click Advanced Search to apply additional search criteria.
  3. Select one or more students by checking the boxes beside their names.
  4. Click Select Fields.

Step 2: Choose the Information to Include

On the Select Fields page, choose the sections that should appear in the report.

Depending on your school's configuration, available sections may include:

  • General Information
  • Demographic Information
  • Enrollment Information
  • Contact Information
  • Medical Information
  • Parent/Guardian Information
  • Transportation Information
  • Custom Categories

Select only the sections that are relevant to your reporting needs.

Step 3: Generate the Report

Click Generate Report.

openSIS generates a formatted Student Information Report for each selected student.

Review the Report

The generated report presents student information in an organized format that is suitable for viewing, printing, or sharing.

Depending on the selected sections, the report may include:

  • Student identification details
  • Personal information
  • Enrollment details
  • Contact information
  • Parent or guardian information
  • Medical information
  • Transportation details
  • Custom field information

The report contents vary based on the options selected and your institution's configuration.

After the report is generated, you can:

  • Print the report directly.
  • Save the report as a PDF using your browser's print options.
  • Review multiple student reports before printing.

Tips

  • Select only the information required to create a concise report.
  • Use Advanced Search to quickly locate specific groups of students.
  • Verify student records before generating reports for official purposes.
  • Review the report before printing to ensure all required information is included.

Expected Result
