The Missing Attendance feature helps administrators identify attendance records that have not been submitted by teachers. Instead of manually checking every course section, administrators can quickly view missing attendance, identify the affected teachers, and complete attendance when necessary.
This feature helps schools maintain complete attendance records, ensuring accurate daily attendance calculations, compliance reporting, and student attendance history.
Daily attendance is calculated using the attendance recorded for each scheduled class period. If a teacher does not submit attendance for a class, the student's daily attendance may be incomplete or inaccurate.
The Missing Attendance page allows administrators to:
