The Admissions Dashboard provides administrators with a visual summary of application activity for the selected school and academic year. It brings together the number of received, processing, enrolled, and rejected applications, along with graphical insights based on application timeline, gender, and program.
The dashboard helps admissions staff monitor the progress of submitted applications and identify general enrollment patterns without opening individual applicant records.
Navigation: Admissions > Dashboard
Before reviewing the dashboard, verify the school and academic year selected at the top of the page. The information displayed on the dashboard is based on the current institutional context and the available admissions records.
The Process Status section provides a summary of applications according to their current stage in the admissions workflow.
Application Received shows the total number of applications received by the institution for the applicable period.
This number helps admissions staff understand the current volume of submitted applications. It may include applications that have not yet completed the institution’s admissions review process.
Processing shows the number of applications currently being handled by the admissions team.
An application may remain in processing while staff members:
The Process Status summary allows administrators to compare the number of received applications with the number still being processed.
The Enrollment Status section summarizes the outcome of processed applications.
Enrolled shows the total number of applicants who have completed the applicable admissions workflow and have been enrolled as students.
Once an applicant is enrolled, a student record is created or connected according to the enrollment options selected during application processing.
Rejected shows the number of applicants whose application status has been updated to Rejected.
The figure reflects the status recorded by the admissions team. Institutions should update applicant statuses consistently so that the dashboard presents an accurate summary of admissions outcomes.
The Application Timeline displays application activity across the months of the selected year. The graph provides a visual representation of when applications were received and how the volume changed throughout the year.
Each month appears along the horizontal axis, while the number of applications appears along the vertical axis.
Use the left and right arrow buttons beside the displayed year to move between available years. This allows staff to review admissions activity from different calendar periods and compare seasonal application patterns.
For example, the timeline can help administrators identify:
The information displayed depends on the applicant records available for the selected context.
When Gender is selected, the Application Timeline groups application activity according to the gender information submitted with the applications.
The chart legend identifies the colors used for the available categories, such as:
The Undetermined category may be used when gender information was not provided, is unavailable, or does not correspond to another displayed category.
The chart uses monthly bars to show how many applications fall within each gender category. This provides a quick demographic overview of the applicant population.
Use the Gender/Program toggle to change the timeline view.
The program view is useful when the institution uses admissions forms to collect or assign program information. If no program information is associated with the available applications, the dashboard may display No Data Found.
The Application by Gender card displays the total number of applications recorded for the available gender categories.
This section provides a quick summary without requiring staff to interpret the complete monthly timeline. The values shown are based on the gender information recorded in applicant submissions.
Use this information as a high-level admissions insight. For applicant-specific information, open the Applicants page and review the relevant application.
The Application by Program card summarizes applications according to their associated program.
When program data is available, this section helps administrators understand which programs are receiving applications. It may support planning related to enrollment capacity, admissions review, and program-level demand.
If the card displays No Data Found, verify whether:
An available open or expand icon may be used to access a more detailed program view.
The Admissions Dashboard is intended to provide summarized insights. To review or take action on a specific application:
Regularly updating application process steps and statuses helps ensure that the dashboard reflects the institution’s current admissions activity.
Important: Dashboard totals and charts depend on the information recorded in applicant forms and the statuses maintained by authorized users. Incomplete or outdated application records may affect the displayed summaries.
