Use Help & Support Inside openSIS

Overview

The Help & Support section gives users one place to access openSIS support resources. From this page, users can read support articles, watch support videos, open a ticket, chat with Piloo, and find direct contact details.

Available Options

The Help & Support page includes the following options:

Support ArticlesOpens step-by-step guides and troubleshooting resources.
Support VideosOpens short how-to tutorials for using openSIS.
Open a Support TicketOpens the support ticket page externally.
Chat with PilooOpens the Piloo page for quick AI-based help.
Contact UsDisplays phone, WhatsApp, and email support details.

Steps to Use Help & Support

  1. Log in to openSIS.
  2. Go to the left menu.
  3. Click Help & Support.
  4. Choose the support option you need:
    • Click Read Articles to view support articles.
    • Click Watch Now to view support videos.
    • Click Open Ticket to submit a support request.
    • Click Chat with Piloo to ask Piloo a question.
  5. Use the Still Need Help? Contact Us panel if you need direct support.

Important Notes

  • The Support Articles, Support Videos, and Open Ticket links open externally.
  • The Chat with Piloo button opens the Piloo page inside openSIS.
  • The top-right Ask Piloo button opens Piloo as a chat modal.
  • The top-right Help and Support button gives users quick access to the support page.
  • Direct contact details are available on the Help & Support page.
