View and Access My Classes in openSIS

Overview

The My Classes section in openSIS provides teachers with a centralized view of all their assigned classes. From here, teachers can quickly access class details, manage students, take attendance, handle assignments, and manage grades.

How to Access

Go to:

Courses → My Classes

My Classes Dashboard

The My Classes screen displays all assigned classes as cards.

Each class card includes:

  • Subject Name (e.g., Science, English, Maths)
  • Grade Level
  • Period (e.g., Period 1, Period 2)
  • Room Number
  • Class Time
  • Meeting Days (MTWRF)

Understanding Class Cards

Each card gives a quick snapshot of your schedule:

  • 🕒 Time → When the class is scheduled
  • 🏫 Room → Where the class is held
  • 📅 Days → Which days the class meets
  • 📘 Course Info → Grade and subject

This helps teachers quickly navigate their daily schedule.

Opening a Class

To access a class:

  • Class Calendar
