The My Account section allows staff members (teachers) to view their personal and professional information stored in the system.
This section is primarily view-only, ensuring that staff data remains secure and centrally managed.
How to Access
- Click on your profile image (top-right corner)
- Select My Account

This opens your personal account page.
Permissions
Teachers can:
- View all their information
- Create folders in Documents
- Upload files
Teachers cannot:
- Edit personal details
- Modify system-managed information

All core data is controlled by administrators.
Sections in My Account
Includes:
- Staff Name
- Staff ID
- Alternate ID (if available)
- District ID
Includes:
- Gender
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- First Language
Includes details related to the staff’s association with the institution.
Includes:
- Contact details
- Email address
Includes:
- Certifications (if maintained by the institution)
6. Staff Vehicle (If Applicable)
Includes:
- Vehicle-related details (if configured)
7. Course Schedule
Displays the teacher’s assigned schedule, including:
- Course Sections
- Periods
- Marking Periods
- Time
- Room
- Meeting Days

This helps teachers track their teaching schedule.
Documents (Editable Section)
This is the only section where teachers can take action.
Teachers can:
- Create new folders
- Upload documents
- Organize files
Features include:
- Upload files (drag & drop or browse)
- File size limits (as configured)
- Folder-based organization

Useful for storing personal or school-related documents.
Displays:
- Login email
- Portal access status
- Last login details
- SSO status (if applicable)
