View and Search Student List in openSIS (Teacher Portal)

Overview

The Student List allows teachers to view all students assigned to them and quickly find specific students using search and filters.

This is the main screen for accessing student records.


How to Access

Go to:

Students → Student List


Student List View

The Student List displays key details for each student, such as:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID
  • Grade Level
  • School Email
  • Mobile Phone
  • Additional identifiers (if available)

Notes
Each row represents one student.


Search Students

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find students by:

  • Name
  • ID
  • Other visible details

Notes
Search results update based on your input.


Advanced Search and Filters

Teachers can use Advanced Search to apply filters and narrow down results.

You can filter students based on:

  • Grade Level
  • Specific attributes configured by the school

Save and Load Filters

Teachers can:

  • Save filters for future use
  • Load saved filters to quickly apply them again

Notes
This is useful for frequently used student groups.


Export (If Available)

In some setups, teachers may be able to:

  • Export the student list (e.g., Excel format)
