View Course Schedule Report

Overview

The Course Schedule Report provides a summary of all courses and their associated course sections within the selected school. Administrators can review seat availability, view enrolled students for each course section, and export or print the report for academic planning and scheduling purposes.

This report is useful for monitoring course capacity, managing enrollments, and reviewing section-wise student assignments.


Access the Course Schedule Report

  1. Log in to openSIS with administrator privileges.
  2. Navigate to Reports.
  3. Under the Scheduling section, click Schedule Report.

The Course Schedule Report page opens.


View Available Courses

The report displays all available courses within the selected school.

For each course, openSIS displays:

  • Course name
  • Subject
  • Number of available seats
  • Total seating capacity
  • Number of course sections

Click Sections beside a course to view its available course sections.


Review Course Sections

After selecting a course, the report displays its course sections.

For each section, you can view:

  • Course section name
  • Assigned teacher
  • Marking period
  • Seat availability
  • Number of enrolled students

Select a course section to display its enrolled students.


View Enrolled Students

The student list displays information such as:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID
  • Grade Level

Use the list to verify enrollment within the selected course section.


Export or Print the Report

The Course Schedule Report provides options to:

  • Export to Excel for offline analysis.
  • Print the report for administrative records or academic planning.
