View Courses in Course Manager (Teacher Portal)

Overview

The Course Manager allows teachers to view all courses available in the institution.

This section provides a structured list of courses along with key details such as subject, program, and grade level.


How to Access

  1. Go to Courses → Course Manager

Notes
The course list will be displayed on the screen.


Search and Filter Courses

Teachers can refine the course list using filters:

  • Subject
  • Program
  • Grade Level

You can also:

  • Use the search bar to find specific courses

This helps quickly locate relevant courses.


Course List View

Each course in the list displays:

  • Course Name
  • Subject
  • Program
  • Number of Sections

Selecting a course shows its details.


Course Details Panel

When a course is selected, detailed information appears, including:

  • Course Title
  • Course Code / Short Name
  • Subject
  • Program
  • Grade Level
  • Credit Hours
  • Description (if available)

View Course Sections

Each course includes associated sections.

  • Click on Sections to view available sections
  • Displays number of sections for the course

Teachers can:

  • View courses

Teachers cannot:

  • Add new courses
  • Edit existing courses
  • Delete courses
