View Earned Credits with CGPA List

Overview

The Earned Credits with CGPA List report provides administrators with a consolidated view of each student's earned credits and cumulative grade point average (CGPA). This report helps institutions monitor academic progress, verify graduation eligibility, and review cumulative academic performance.

Administrators can filter students by grade level, review earned credits and CGPA and access each student's transcript directly from the report.

View the Earned Credits with CGPA List

Step 1: Filter the Student List

Use the available filters to locate the students you want to review.

You can:

  • Select a Grade from the drop-down list.
  • Enable Other School Transcript to include transfer credit information, if applicable.
  • Use the Search box to find a specific student.
  • Click Advanced Search to filter students using additional criteria.

The student list updates based on the selected filters.


Step 2: Review Student Credit Information

The report displays a summary of each student's academic progress.

Depending on your institution's configuration, the report may include:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID
  • Grade Level
  • Credits Attempted
  • Credits Earned
  • Cumulative GPA (CGPA)

This information allows administrators to quickly assess a student's overall academic standing.


Step 3: View Student Transcript

Click the View Transcript icon beside a student's name to open the detailed academic transcript.

The transcript provides a comprehensive record of the student's academic history, including completed courses, grades, credits earned, and cumulative GPA.


After reviewing the report, you can:

  • Print the credit summary or transcript for academic records.
  • Export the report for administrative reporting or further analysis.

Tips

  • Use grade-level filters to review academic progress for specific cohorts.
  • Enable Other School Transcript when evaluating transfer students or previously earned credits.
  • Review earned credits and CGPA before graduation audits or academic advising sessions.
  • Verify transcript information before sharing official academic records.

Expected Result

The Earned Credits with CGPA List displays each student's cumulative academic progress, including earned credits and cumulative GPA. Administrators can access detailed transcripts, print reports, or export the information for academic and administrative purposes.
