View Schoolwide Schedule Report

Overview

The Schoolwide Schedule Report provides a complete weekly overview of the school's master schedule. It displays every scheduled course section, organized by subject, teacher, day, and period, allowing administrators to quickly review the institution's timetable and identify scheduling conflicts or available periods.

This report is especially useful for academic coordinators, schedulers, and school administrators who need a consolidated view of all classes taking place during a selected week.

Access the Schoolwide Schedule Report

  1. Log in to openSIS with administrator privileges.
  2. Navigate to Reports.
  3. Under the Scheduling section, click Schoolwide Schedule Report.

The weekly schedule opens displaying all scheduled course sections.

Understanding the Report

The Schoolwide Schedule Report displays the timetable in a grid format.

The report includes:

  • Days of the week
  • Scheduled periods and their timings
  • Subject groupings
  • Teacher names
  • Course sections assigned to each period
  • Week navigation controls

Each course appears under its assigned teacher and period, making it easy to understand the school's complete instructional schedule.

Use the Previous and Next week arrows at the top of the page to browse schedules for different weeks in the academic calendar.

The report automatically refreshes to display the selected week's timetable.

Review Scheduled Classes

Within the report you can:

  • View all scheduled classes for the selected week.
  • Identify which teacher is assigned to each class.
  • Review the period and time for every course.
  • Verify subject-wise scheduling.
  • Check course section placement throughout the week.
