View Staff Course Schedule

Overview

The Course Schedule section allows administrators to view the teaching schedule assigned to a staff member. The schedule can be viewed in multiple formats, making it easier to review daily, weekly, or monthly teaching assignments.

From this page, you can view assigned course sections, meeting periods, rooms, marking periods, and meeting days.


Access the Course Schedule

  1. Go to Staff > Staff Info.
  2. Select the required staff member.
  3. Click Course Schedule from the left navigation panel.

The staff member's schedule opens in the default list view.


View the Schedule List

The List View displays all assigned course sections in a table.

The information available includes:

  • Course Section
  • Google Classroom Scheduling Status
  • Period
  • Marking Period
  • Time
  • Room
  • Meeting Days

Use this view to quickly review all teaching assignments for the selected staff member.


View the Weekly Schedule

Click the Weekly View icon to display the staff member's weekly timetable.

The weekly schedule shows:

  • Days of the week
  • Scheduled periods
  • Course assignments
  • Time slots

Use the navigation arrows to move to the previous or next week.


View the Daily Schedule

Click the Daily View icon to display the schedule for a single day.

The schedule is organized by time, allowing you to review the staff member's assignments throughout the selected day.

Navigate between dates using the available navigation controls.


View the Monthly Calendar

Click the Monthly View icon to display all scheduled classes in a monthly calendar.

The calendar provides an overview of scheduled teaching assignments across the month.

Use the navigation arrows to switch between months.


Important Notes

  • Only course sections assigned to the staff member are displayed.
  • Schedule information is updated automatically when course section assignments change.
  • Available schedule views help administrators review workloads and teaching assignments efficiently.
  • The information displayed depends on the user's access permissions.
