Teachers can access this information to better understand and support their students.
Permissions
Teachers can:
- View student profile information
Teachers cannot:
- Edit student details
- Add new information
- Delete any records
All student data is managed by administrators.
How to Access
- Go to Students → Student List
- Click on a student’s name

This opens the student’s profile page.
Sections in Student Profile
The student profile is organized into multiple sections for easy navigation.
Includes:
- Student Name
- Student ID
- Admission Number / Roll Number
- Preferred or Common Name
Includes:
- Date of Birth
- Age
- Gender
- Nationality
- Ethnicity (if configured)
